well im sure this has been asked alot!!! but what will add a lot of horse power for around $100 or less

You can get a K&N and remove the resonator for about that much. Wont give you a lot of power, but it will definately help.

alright cool...any idea if the really good bosh spark plugs add any power, or is it not worth it. and how much is a K&N filter

Plugs will only add power if the old ones are bad. They will help make the engine run smoother, and mabye start easier. I would get the Ford Motorsport wires too. A lot of people seem to be very happy with that combo. The K&N runs about $40.

Bosch plugs are garbage!
Get a set of Motorcraft or Autolite double platinums.
Also the search feature is a very good tool to use to find the information you seek. For one it would have told your about Bosch plugs!
A K&N filter will start around $40. Add another $30 for a MAF adapter.
Removing the resonator will add bad rasp & drone to the exhaust. You are better off replacing it with a straight through design or much better yet saving up and doing the entire exhaust.
