Bosch plugs are garbage!
Get a set of Motorcraft or Autolite double platinums.
Also the search feature is a very good tool to use to find the information you seek. For one it would have told your about Bosch plugs!
A K&N filter will start around $40. Add another $30 for a MAF adapter.
Removing the resonator will add bad rasp & drone to the exhaust. You are better off replacing it with a straight through design or much better yet saving up and doing the entire exhaust.
