Ah ha! The SVTs are under the service action for the coil spring catchers (in salt states), but NOT eligible for free replacement if they break. So basically your screwed. I always found those two items to be contradictory.
I'd contact NHTSA if I were you. And, if finances allow, get yourself a good set of aftermarket springs/struts now that you HAVE to go in there and replace things.
