I got my 'tour from Russ Milne--it was a rental or leased vehicle so I could still buy it as new and get the extended warranty. Good thing, too--I had to use it a few times. Anyway, to get to my point, I found that the service at the Lincoln/Merc dealership down on Hall & Romeo Plank to be a better all-around experience than Russ Milne.....just my $.02
