I'm trying to decide whether to mod my '98 SE this summer (which would be about $3000 in mods) or start seriously shopping for an SVT. I've been checking around, and no one in the area has an SVT. I found one in Beaver Dam, but the next day the listing was gone...
If I get an SVT, I'd keep my SE and find winter storage. I like my SE, but I can't get over the fact that's its an ATX. Maybe if we get together to change that clutch y'all can convince me one way or the other...
That one was a nice car. Real clean. My brother and I test drove it. They were a couple of flaws though. Like someone had caught the corner of the rear bumper by the gas door and cracked it and the trim around the outside of the windshield was peeling up. Other than that, no scratches or dings that I could see. Needed tires bad too.
