I have Victoracers that I normally would run 44-46 in the front and 36-37 rear on asphault. You'll probably have to do a little experiminting, but those should be good starting points. You may be able to get away with a little less air in the fronts with the V700's. As far as the rear goes, I wouldn't go any higher then that otherwise you won't build any heat in the tires.
