Some guy in my town has an EVO 8. OMG I'm in love!! The thing is so pretty. I talked to him for a few minuts, has had it for a week and has 380 miles on it. He was waiting to get over 500 miles so he could beat on it. He told me the thing is like driving a gokart. It's suposidly the only one in the area besides one other at the dealer. So SICK!!! I'm so jelous

These little things are going to be monsters on the street in no time. I raced a modded Subaru WRX in my SS the other day and let me tell you it had me nervous, yeah I won but not near to my satisfaction. When the WRX STi comes out it's going to get even worse. I really gotta get my heads/cam package installed!

The car is a styling travesty. Did they hire the people who designed the Aztek?

They are badass! SCC tested a stock one and got a 13.5 at 100MPH in the 1/4.

Yeah I saw one briefly last night. It was cool, but not like totally awesome or anything. There's better looking cars out there for the money (Mazda6 for example).

but minus a 100hp or so The 6 is but every dyno shows weak numbers for a car that highly talked about.
A little OT, I was over at Stangnet, new 03 cobra with a KB SC ran 9.99 (was heavily modded) but others are running in the mid 11's just swapping blowers (650+ hp ). May be a stang and it may be as common as air, but thats damn fast for the cash ($38k with mods)
