This may or may not help. I notice you have a '99. Take the bulb out and bring it to the store to match up. I have a 98.5 and when I asked for the bulb at the parts counter, they gave me the wrong one.. pre '98 I think.
The pre 98 bulbs are different, so bring the bulb in and match them.
