One thing that seems to be continually left out...the world has been dealing diplomatically with Iraq for 12 years. At what point do you finally decide to enforce the resolution these very same countries signed? It's not like the US woke up six months ago and said it's time to strike Iraq. Therefore, I don't see this campaign as a signal to the rest of the world that it's okay to go pre-emptatively strike those countries they perceived as a threat. We went through the UN and tried to get these folks to follow through on their resolutions. They would not. They wanted to continue give Sadaam time to do whatever it is he wanted to do.
