OK, I give up. Please list for me all the innocent Americans that have been killed by Sadaam Hussein. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any (except for that ship the USS Stark??? that he sunk back when he was our friend. But we formally and officially accepted his apologies for that incident - given that he was our friend and all).
