This is going to be absolutly NO help, but i had that same problem in my last car...and S-10...and the problem just went away...I don't suggest you waiting for the same! Get it checked out...IF the RPMS are moving when you turn the wheel it could have something to do with the FUEL system....But that's coming from a person that knows slim to NONE about engines! Sorry i couldn't help...just thought i would add my 2c's.
