Any name brand synthetic is OK, 5W-30 or 0W-30. You may want to stick with the same brand, as gasket and seal swell characteristics may be slightly different, brand to brand.
I used Havoline synthetic exclusively for about 75K miles worth of driving, then switched to Mobil 1. Seems to leak oil now.
