Hey guys and gals. I have already posted this question in the trouble shooting, but you guys may be able to help. Here is the deal. I have a 2000 Sport V6 manual. Lately if I have ¼ tank of gas or less and am driving hard the car sputters at around 5,000 rpm or higher. As soon as I fuel up problem is solved. It also does not do it if I gradually ease up to 5 grand. I plan to replace the fuel filter this weekend. Itâ??s happened a few times so itâ??s not bad gas. The troubleshooting forum came back with fuel filter, fuel pump. I might also drain the gas tank dry. Any ideas??????
