word, my only message to the misguided protestors is "you know how to get to canada and mexico right?"

Umm, they're war protestors, not draft dodgers...And you can keep em...

They're a bunch of whiny good for nothing hippies. But thats beside the point, my point is when has canada ever been involved in anything? They'd probably love it there.

Hey, don't knock the Canadian military. They may not be the best-equipped, but from what I hear, they're a motivated, tough bunch. It broke my heart when that USAF pilot dropped a bomb on the Canadian troops in Afghanistan.

Last 100 years?
WWI, WWII, Korean war, Vietnam, Somalia, Desert storm, Malta, Former Yugoslavia, Croatia, Bosnia, Afghanistan, Golan. I'm sure I'm missing a tonne more...

Almost everything except "Surf-city" Grenada, and the Cuban Missile crisis.

No problems with Canada here, either, for the most part. They may not be the first ones off the boat and on the beach, so to speak, but they've always represented themselves more than respectably when we've asked for multi-lateral action.

In general, they don't rattle the saberas much and take as tough of a stance as Americans do in the overall international arena. That's not necessarily a bad thing, though.

It was truly heart breaking to find that Canadian troops, our allies in Afghanistan, were bombed by an American Air Force pilot.

Shame and Grief.

This is a terrific recording. I wanted to cheer the way it ended with the talk show host relating how he had been recently activated and asking her "who will the people of Iraq thank in 10 years?". We have been having going away parties at work the last few weeks for people heading to the gulf - and every one of them is making a sacrifice for us. A full one year activation - a year away from their family, friends, and livelihood is typical. I and my brother were active duty Air Force during the last gulf war and I have relatives serving in this one.

This is serious business and these goddamn ignorant protesters can go straight to hell.

Couldn't have said it better myself. They're just bitter because George Bush is a Republican. I didn't hear any of them complaining when Clinton bombed the sh*t out of Iraq a few years back.

In the words of Eric Cartman: I hate those goddamn hippies!
