Photoshop will work, choose file/new, then edit/paste then save as a copy, and choose .jpg.
Hosting, just upload them to your webpage and choose the "image" button below, copy and paste the url from the pic and whalla!

i have a contour on mine. don't have host for it though. it's a nice t-red svt parked in an old parking lot with trees behind someone posted a pic of. how dare ya'll have any other type of car?? i would have a viper, but i think the 15 model viper cars in my room plus various pictures in room are enough.
