i got a 96 contour with the V-6 engine and get the code
P0401 and already changed out the EGR valve and the vacuum sensor... still have code after resetting it.. then went out and got the gaskets for the throttle body and EGR valve and will remove them and clean out to get rid of code....
the DPFE sensor was also mentioned in several archive post, but the links showing you what a DPFE sensor is is outdated and missing... need to know what a DPFE sensor is and what it looks like, and can they be tested, i got vacuum gauges,
volt/munti meters etc... just cant find the DPFE sensor in my ford service CD or the hayes contour book...
