Hi everyone. I Have a 98 SVT, today I was changing the steering wheel. I went to disconnect the battery and there was like a park. I didnt think much at the time until I got everything put back together, now the car won't start. When I turn the key all you hear is "Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick" really fast (like the car trying to crank but not turning over), the windshield wipers turn on as I hold the key and the inside lights come on but dim if I tap the brake pedal. My dad told me a few possibilities on what it could be like the starter solenoid, or that the spark could've caused a cell in the battery to go bad. Are any of these possible and are there any other things that it might be? Thanks
