I've never met a rotor that didn't yield to a good hammering. Put one lug back on (for safety, to keep it from flying), give the rotor surface (not the hub) a good thrashing with a heavy hammer. On the inside face is most efficient, but the outside is easier. The bearing will be fine. Worked every time for me...
