My opinion is go with the non-flanged version during the GB. It costs $10 less, $137 IIRC. I sold my MAF adaptor, we don't need no stinking adaptor.

Flanged MAF needs a maf adaptor, the normal one.
Non-flanged one needs just the filter.
Its saves 1" of space.

SVTCuervo, I said I might be in before if this starts up again, but I checked my finances and it won't be happening. I need tires and struts ($$$) before I get into engine mods. Thanks anyway.
