I would have no problems if I hadn't been told that it had shipped last tuesday and I would have it by the end of last week. My feeling is don't say it if you can't do it. In business you are only as good as your word.

Yes, I agree 100%. I wouldn't be the least bit upset if I was told that it wouldn't ship until xx-xx-03. However, after ordering last week I was told I should have it by Monday, March 31st, at the latest. It's all about expectations.

Well I believe he underestamated the amount of orders and for the first batch at least they took only 2 day from factory to houses(some people only one). After the orders bagan to spew in, I think he held back on some of the calibration so he could do as many as possible. Thanks everyone
