Having an extra set of hands or two is priceless. So much easier.
My install was not tedious or hard, it was just time consuming. There are about 10 or so semi-simple things to do, but none of them take too long so you don't get bored. I used the installation manual that vortech provides on their website.
Make sure you have all parts and tools before starting. I had to make a couple trips to the hardware store in the middle of day 1 which wasted a good 2 hours.
