Where are my tweeters?
Right in the middle of the midrange, where the dustcap would normally be. No, it isn't a coaxial with the tweeter mounted above the woofer, it is a point source driver with the tweeter mounted at the apex of the woofer's cone. Why mess with time alignment when you can get drivers already physically aligned?
These are mounted in custom built kick panels. Yes, the tweeters are in the kick panel, down low.

And I beat Anthony Davis (2DEEP2) and his high-mounted Focal Utopia tweeters (I think that is what he had...
) the one time we went head to head in a sound quality only competition.
But hey, he is my team-mate and I usually try to help him win.
