Cabin filter should be replaced every 15,000 miles or once a year IIRC. Darn micron filters get moldy quickly... Check the FAQ pages out for tips on changing it yourself... I think someone took a piss in mine too wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!
