Actually, I like it.
Why?
It's a complete, unified statement of a theme.
What I don't see that makes me like it more:
Factory "family car" paint.
Stock wheels.
Etc.
What it has?
Lowered. Wild (but well done) paint job. Trick wheels (that, though yellow, match the theme of the rest of it). A bodykit (and just a bodykit, rather than a conglomeration of random parts "just for good measure.") And finally, a wing that, while on a stock, unlowered Honda would look stupid, fits right in here.
Function before fashion.

I dont like it, but can it really be considered "rice" if its still in japan? At least I think thats what the plates are.
