Okay, almost a year, and I'm sick of it. The 1995 Tour LX with 153,000 miles is being so mean to me. Anytime I rev up the engine, this high-pitch whining/whirring sound kicks in. And I have to either keep revving it until it stops, or let the car stall....I prefer to keep revving, but this is ridiculous...What can I do to shut my baby up?
