Ellicott City is right next to Columbia

I don't mind making a trip to VA for once, kind of a haul from Frederick though.

There is the Olney Ale House that is in Olney somewhere near the Pub, it would be a change of atmosphere and the same distance drive as before.

From an article I pulled of the web they have "12 beers on tap (Guinness Stout and J.W. Dundee Honey Brown Lager, to name two) and 18 different kinds of bottled beers, including Molson, Bass, Sam Smith Nut Brown Ale, India Pale Ale, Killian's Red Ale and Pete's Wicked Ale"
