Zooyork03 is right. It's not restorable.
Once the cars been on fire the panels suffer heat damage for one and warp and the metal becomes crapped up (technical term there), it doesn't hold the paint properly, loses it's crash safety ability too if I remember correctly.
To restore this you would probably end up paying out about 1.5x the cost of buying it new ... and I mean new too, not used.
Of course, even if you were to fix it up, it would still be written off somewhere and that would cause you more headaches than you ever wanted.

It's a piece of junk.
