i wouldnt even mess with it. it seems like it would take more than 5 to get it running. thats just a waste of money, unless you have money comin outta your *** then go for it, nothing to lose, restore it, sell it for triple

i dont think that cae is even restorable. i heard that once a car is on fire (or has been on fire) it cannot be repainted. really, what would someone buy that for if you had to replace EVERYTHING on it, wouldnt it be easier and much cheaper to buy a working one. ir even if you wanted to restore it, why not a smashed one with at least some useable parts.

but why would someone buy this? is it restorable?

Zooyork03 is right. It's not restorable.
Once the cars been on fire the panels suffer heat damage for one and warp and the metal becomes crapped up (technical term there), it doesn't hold the paint properly, loses it's crash safety ability too if I remember correctly.
To restore this you would probably end up paying out about 1.5x the cost of buying it new ... and I mean new too, not used.
Of course, even if you were to fix it up, it would still be written off somewhere and that would cause you more headaches than you ever wanted.

It's a piece of junk.

Thanks,

Rabbit.

that would be a pimp as paint job really. put some clear coat on that bish. and bam. you have a custome paint job. i think burnt metal is sweet. but sitll for 250 i would buy it. i could say i own a porscshe boxter. and i can prove it. but anyway 250 for a porsche engine is dirt cheap.

trust me telling chicks you own a porsche osnt all its cracked up to be.

I paid 4000 for a 924S with a seized engine, i rebuilt teh engine for about 2k had the timimg belt snap cause it was the wrong belt in the right box. another grand later i have it rnning. it was slow, handled like a shopping cart and everything was twice the price.
the only peoples eyes that lit up when i said i won a posrche was the owners of various shops.
I went to get an exhaust done and as far as exhaust went it was cat back really simple little bends no big deal...so the guy is like what kinda car and im like porsche....

"oh we;; porsche, thats gonna be like $800"
Went back with my tour which needed more bends, changing a single to duals mufflers blah blah and he as like "yeah ford $400"

I will never own a porsche again even if it has a stellar paint job and is only $250
