Just because I don't like a tacky bodykit means I'm an idiot? Just because I don't like a tacky bodykit means I am anti change? Or is it because I'm not afraid to offer my opinion on photos posted of said tacky body kit? The kit looks tacky even on an eclipse. Just because someone has spent some time and effort on something doesn't mean everyone has to like it. How many of you guys like opera??? Those people spend their entire lives trying to sound like that . . . it certainly doesn't mean I have to like it.
If you can't handle people's differing opinions from you own on something totally subjective like this; go hide in your closet and suck your thumb.
This site is not about making everyone feel like they are wonderful and everyhting they do is great, if you want that, try www.stuartsmalley.com ("I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.")
That said, I don't like the kit, and I don't even like it on an eclipse. I do give the guy props for going out on a limb for something he likes though.

very well said. exactly how i feel.
with that said - i give the guy crazy credit for the effort that he put into his car to get it to how HE likes it...
But, it is a tad aggressive for me, although not as aggressive as being described. That's going to be one crazy looking Tique when its done!

This coming from a painter: that took some work. Just installing that kit on an Eclipse is a pain in the @$$. I personally am happy to see someone take the time and effort to do something different with a Mystique. Seeing people make an effort to mod their Contiques is really cool and we should all support them for trying something new rather than taking the bandwagon approach and selling their cars for a Honda or Mitsu, just so they can get aftermarket parts easier. We need to see more of this in one form or another. In this specific case I am not sure if I like the kit or not (need to see it with paint), but I do know it has potential. After all, this is a good example of the trend these days. There will be a lot of people who will see this car when it's done and look at the Contiques a little differently... for better or for worse.

If making that fit was difficult, props to him. I hope he gets it painted soon, mismatching body parts annoy me more than fart cans. But annoying me probably doesnt matter to him. Not my style, but if JiggaJerry like it, everyone tells me it must be ASS-UGLY.
