ZAAAPPPP! ! ! ...I had this problem year round, re-grounded my sterio and it stopped , at least every day - statics everywhere

A good way to find the leak is to check under the car for a puddle of electricity.

Yeah, if it's redish in color it came from the positive side, and if its black it came from the negative. :p

first car i had that shocked the hell outta me the way this 95 se does was a vw passat....practically electrocuted me whenever i got out....now with this car i've learned to close the door with my elbow not quite as annoying as a shock on bare skin

by the way....ummm...how would i tell positive electricity leak under car from atx fluid since both are red?????

Positive electricity and atx leaks are both red but only the electricity leaks will give you a charge if you drink it! The atx will make you ill so make sure you drink the right one!
