I have one in my garage un-installed. It's only 7.5 lbs. Yes it was a pain in the ass to make apparently. It took 7+ months of dedicated work to make 15 of them.

In the end, he didn't even get to keep his own. Some people have them still lying around, not installed...but I don't think any are for sale. 1999 Silver Frost SVT #609 of 2760 Quaife, lightened SVT Flywheel, SPEC stage II clutch, removed resonator, k&n drop in - various other goodies too.
