Perfect example, in my hometown, there was a rather large (3200 worker) factory that was hiring 500 people for the general assembly line. They held a mass applicaiton and testing day in a local auditiorium. There were over 1500 people who applied and looking around the auditorium, it was obvious there was a slight majority of white applicants. There was a 300 question test that I missed 4 questions on. It was similar to a ACT or SAT with english, math, reading comprehension, and general factory knowledge. I also had about a year of factory assembly line experience. I didn't get hired.

I later found out from a friend in their hr dept that they hired 388 black women, 48 black men, 41 white men, and 23 white women. My uncle who works there on the assembly line told me that 1/2 those women are not physically able to do the jobs they are given and just cause everybody else on the line to work harder. He told me that it's so obvious around the factory the reason they hired them, the other workers call them the "Diversity poster".

If you can not see that race and gender were a factor in all this, then .
