My work place is just the oppposite! As a minority owned gov't contractor, we are over 60% minority! Our contract was the same before this company took over, former company Litton PRC. We hire based on qualifications not race or creed!

The problem with America is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment
for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety
labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
