it's a freedom of speech issue. if you're allowed to BURN the American flag, you should be allowed to fly any other type of flag you want.
we had this argument in High School. And it turned ot that the school outlawed the Confederate Flag AND any abolishionist symbols as well (like Spike Lee's "40A" hats and shirts). try THAT in the real world!
