how much did that entire wheel/tire package cost you? I saw a picture of these wheels on a black contour(which i have, 98) and they look sweet as anything. if you would, let me know how much they run, and if bought of the internet, where from. thanks -JasonJ

That's a 4 car garage....with no cars in it! (cept the 48 Ford truck street rod chassis)
To answer a couple questions, I got them from the group buy here on the CEG last fall or so, I think the wheels were somehting like 500 shipped, not too sure. The tires I ordered seperate from Discount Tire Direct. Unfortunately I don't have the recipt for the tires as my mom picked them up and didn't get one, but I doubt the prices have changed much. Look at their website, discounttiredirect.com is the addy I think, Falken azenis sport 225/45/17. I seem to be thinking all in all I'm somewhere around 1000 for the wheels and tires both. Thanks for all the compliments guys, and to think, this same car with stock wheels was getting picked on a few weeks ago when I posted pics.

I like it. Love the polished rim, and I think the gunmetal goes great with the silver car--much better than slightly-mismatched silver on silver.

I think those look really good. I was thinking of getting those for a long time, but alas, I think the car will be gone before I upgrade anything else.
I see what people are saying about the gunmetal with the silver, but whatever, I like it.

Nice choice Shawn  Do the 225's rub at all and/or is real close? I ask this because I was talked out of going that route. Also theres a new idea out there, especially on silver Tours...paint the area between the rubber strips satin black, man its something to think about. Check out the pics of the photoshop job done on it under the "Carbon fiber hood pics"
