Wow, not to be rude? But why is this post any different from others? This whole sticky business seems overkill. No doubt its going to be excellent info but you could always get the post made sticky a little later since there mighht be people out there that are sticking pencils in their eyes waiting for this info.

they are 1/4 watt, and 12 ohms with tolerance of 5% if i am correct well, the top resistor in the drivers door switch is, now for the others the switches are 39 ohm with tolerance of 5% now, i dont know about the bottom resistor in the drivers door switch. I also believe that the resistors in the unluck buttons are the same. Now as for the sun/moon roof switch, pin 4 and 5 are missing on pre98's i dont know about post98. But if you want to hook a LED to the switch you will need a switch from a donar car, and you will need the wiring harness, connecting the power from the sunroof. Becareful how you connect it though the current coming on those hot wires will be different. They should be 12v lines. But may have more or less current then you need. If you bought LEDs from me the LEDs are all 4.5v leds.

BTW here are the pics from my install.

thats not nice they made it so you couldn't see pictures just uploaded. well, i got past it, i just freshly uploaded them. see you can't even view this picture unless you do it the secret way, hehe

And just so you dont have to look through the above post

2 resistors in driver switches the brown red brown gold, 120 ohm with tolerance 5% ¼ watt dont know about bottom switch forgot to look
door switches, unlock switches are orange white violet gold, 390 ohm with tolerance 5% ¼ watt. Now for even better info this is how you calculate it

First and Second color bands:
Black = 0
Brown = 1
Red = 2
Orange= 3
Yellow= 4
Green = 5
Blue = 6
Violet= 7
Gray = 8
white = 9

Third color band:
Black = x 1
Brown = x 10
Red = x 100
Orange= x 1,000 (1k)
Yellow= x 10,000 (10k)
Green = x 100,000 (100k)
Blue = x 1,000,000 (1 Meg)
Silver= ÷ 100
Gold = ÷ 10

Forth Band (always 1 of the following 3, Tolerance band)
Gold = 5% Tolerance
Silver= 10% Tolerance
None = 20% Tolerance

now take band 1 and 2, add them together such as the brown red brown band, which is 12 now x 10 is 120 ohms with gold band making it 120 ohm with tolerance of 5%. Which means 120 ohms with a tolerance of ± 5%. that ± is supposed to be a + or - sign.

now to get the door lock switches its orange white violet gold which is 39 x 10 is 390 ohms with gold band making it 39 ohms with tolerance of 5%. Which means 390 ohms with a tolerance of ± 5%.

Sorry, brown red brown would be 12 x 10^1 or 120.
