I would think that its not moosing, cause once you have been driving around for a bit, it should have stopped already... IMHO, I would say that it might have something to do with the power steering pump, I believe I read about PS pumps making a moaning noise on here somewhere before. I would try to search for problems with the PS pump, and see if that helps... -Nick
