Most of you guys are much better than me at this..

I'm being offered as a trade for some parts an MB Quart PWD 254 10" sub. This is OK timing as I was gonna want to buy a 10" sub anyways... It's brand new in boxes, and I'm getting it for a value of about 120$.

I plan on using it in a small fiberglass enclosure (hopefully sealed) molded to the spare tire well of my car.. smaller volume is better. SQ is the objective here. Power will come from a bridged Phoenix Gold XS2500.

Am I making an OK deal here? Any input on this?

That is a great sub at a very good price. Parts Express was selling some of those for around that price, but I don't remember exactly how much and they are sold out now. I say go for it!
