Well Ford wanted $88 for the pan and anouther $30 for the gasket! So I started to brainstorm. I jacked the tour up as high as I could in the front and dumped the oil, let it sit with the plug out for a few hours to get out as much oil as possible then I found the 2 very small cracks and clean the whole area off and roughed it up abit. Then I used high temp RTV Silicone (the red stuff) and let it sit its still out in the garage on the jacks so we'll see how that fix works first if that doesn't work my dad is really good at welding so I'll turn it over to him. How many quarts of oil do you guys put in every oil change?

5.5 -- 5 in the crankcase and .5 in the Amsoil spin-on filter I use.
