So.... I think I should go with Original Ford parts on this one. Less oil is never good and I'm not always taking hard corners so I don't need the "fins" in my daily driving. Also How many quarts of oil do you guys use when you change it? My manual says 5.5 I beleive but I have heard people say to put 6 qts in?  Thanks alot for the input. anyone else have any ideas?
