This hose can be found on TSB #97-22-3

I bought the hose and replaced the intake resonator myself.
The hose costs $11, and it takes, literally, 2 minutes to install.

If you want to replace the IAC Valve with the newer design,
the part numbers are...
XS2Z-9F715-BA IAC or Air By-Pass Valve
E83Z-9F670-A Gasket

I don't know the prices, but you could always ask Bill Jenkins for the CEG price.
