Try the "throttle hang fix". Or, try cleaning the IAC. If that fails, you have to replace the IAC (about $50 and 20 minutes to replace), and if you have the "bagpipe" in lieu of a simple hose running from the intake tube to the upper intake manifold that will need to be replaced with the simple hose. The Throtle Body DOES NOT need to be replaced to fix the moose.
