Ok, the pics don't show it well... when I get home I'll post some good ones (on vacation). Basically I painted the grill black along with the chrome strip which is just beneath the grill and headlights. I also painted the "Mercury" and "Mystique" badges on the trunk as well as the Merc. logo and the power antenna base.
As far as the throttle-hang mod, go check it out in the FAQ section of the main CEG page... go to FAQ then Modifications.
i don't have the technical knowlege to explain what the TH fix does, but it will help on throttle response... do a search in the forums for a detailed explaination of the TH fix.
Some people experience the annoying noise known as moosing after doing the TH fix and changing the air filter to an open cone type.... do a search on this subject as well for tips on keeping the moose noise away.
