I've just purchased a SVT exhaust (Y-pipe to tips -- Thanks Zap!) but all of the nuts and bolts on my 95 'stique 160K (mostly buffalo, ny) are rusted to oblivion. Any tips for getting everything off without a blow torch?

Or

If I could just get the @#$% stud out from the y-pipe to cat flange, I could do something (until spring and 55+ degree weather) when the rest could go on. The pinned bolt set up has me completely stumped. (I broke on of the studs while attempting to remove the cat only - NOT my fault though, it was rusted halfway through Under the Nut!)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks people.
