you got to give the guy some credit though.....
NOT EVERYONE IS LOOKING TO DRIVE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!!
he clearly stated what the car will do....he never once said that the car was fast or that he beat a viper....he just stated his time....and why is everyone reading in context.....if the car is worth 11.5k and he did put 12k into....if there was someone out there looking to do the exact same thing with a similar civic, then it is a deal....
remember....fast doesnt win car shows, only races....if it is a show car....then props cause it might not be attractive to you, but it is DAMN clean....

i think 18k is well worth it. i mean look at the mod list again. it has a TORNADO in it. come on guys. that makes up for the high price right there!!!!!

I would take that car...minus the clear lights, but i wouldn't pay 18K for it... that's mostly because i (a) can't afford it and (b) you can get somethin much better for 18K... but i like the car
just because it's made in japan don't make it rice. THose are some very reliable cars and pretty quick too.
If high school kids want to put things on there... i say let them... don't have to label everything "rice" because of it.

p.s. some of those people have spents hours and hours working to get the money to afford things like that. (such as me) Calling it rice is just...mean... damn.

Several things jump out at me as I read that auction. Trade in value + mods = $18000? I dont think so. He changes the oil every 1000 miles? Why? 93 octane? Why? 6.7 seconds to 60? HAHAHAHAH Typical Rice. They can spend $12,000 to make their car LOOK fast, but can't spend the 4,000 or so it takes to get a turbo or supercharger to actually make it fast. Losers.

I didnt notice that. I just lost all respect for the car and its owner..

The thing is, there probably isn't one mod on that car that cost more than 7-800$ (maybe the bodykit?). It's easy to spend a few grand on a car when done a couple hundred at a time, it's a lot harder to drop 4K at once. That being said, that's a nice clean car for sure. I'm not a fan of the wing or the graphics, and the price is definitely high, but for a daily driver kind of car, it could be a decent ride.
