when replacing the clutch is it necessary to drop the cradle from the car?? or can the clutch be replaced without droppin it.


f250 4x4 muddin anyone?

Well if you don't you'd still have to take everything off from the top then (I.E. pull engine for starters)

So yes the easiest way is to drop the subframe and all the attached components.

That's how we did my tranny.....

Mine had to be dropped as well. Make sure you support the engine properly before you unbolt everything. Also, make sure you line up your subframe when you put it all back together.
