I have found a possible hotel on the north side of dallas that shouldn't be hard to find for around 40 per room per nite I have some more checking to do, I have to call them and see if we can get some discount rates but the olace is called Heartside Studio Suites and it's on N Central Expressway just south of 635 everyone in dallas should know where it is for everyone else it's on one of the 2 main north south highways that go through Dallas, that being State highway 75 that turns into I-45 that continues on to Houston, so it will be easy to find. I can give you the exact address if you want to run a mapquest on it.

We are looking into getting some discounted rates at the la quinta in dallas. Very nice hotel, stayed there the last time I was in dallas. We are still working on getting things lined up so keep checking in. We plan on having a big meet with t-shirts,prizes and everything else. I will be working on getting a web page up so people can register and pay the registration fee of $20 a person. This will include a t-shirt any size up too a XXXXL and a dinner at a local restraunt" TBA". Prizes will be listed for the show and shine very soon. Also will be having a raffle for a big prize, One raffle ticket included in registration fee. More raffle tickets avilable on the website when we get it up. More details coming soon. Lets make this a big turn out and represent the CEG.

OK I have reserved a block of 25 rooms at La Quinta Inn. Here are the datails:

When you call for reservations tell them your with CEG or Contour Enthusiasts Group. Reservations MUST be made by April 1st to guarantee that you have a room. If you plan on checking in before 6pm no credit card will be needed, you can pay at the hotel. If you plan on checking in after 6pm they will need a credit card to hold the room but when you arrive you can pay for the room in cash.

I would suggest that everyone get together and discuss who wants to room with who and then one person make the reservation to avoid confusion. 2-4 ppl can stay in a room comfortably so there will be plenty of room for everyone.

For directions to the hotel, I would suggest using MapQuest they give the best directions from you doorstep to the hotel.

That sounds like a good date. BTW, a bit of traffic advice for everyone coming in from Oklahoma.. avoid 635 in midday like the plague
