The transmission code and AC compressor could both be involved. If the tranny doesn't downshift right when coming to a stop it can cause a stall. An AC compressor beginning to lock up can cause it too. You can test this one out by removing the belt and going back and fourth in the driveway or by simply replacing the belt with a non-AC spec belt and bypass the compressor.
