Ok, this should be easy I've changed lots and lots of tires, so i jacked up the car, all the lugs are off, the wheel is completely off the ground and it will not budge, I've yanked hard, hit it with a hammer, it just sits there. Any suggestions?

Hit it from behind with a rubber mallet or hammer! I had to lay on my back under the car and swing to hit it from behind! Be careful not to damage the rim! Coat the wheel and where it makes contact with anti-seize compound to help prevent this!

you can loosen the lugs but not take them off and then drive the car, yes i said drive it, through a couple turns. that will usually break it loose. just dont rag it too much with the lugs loose and dont drive too far from your house.

Haha, thanx guys, but I just put my roadside assistance that I already paid for to work. I felt like a moron calling them for a flat tire with my car in my garage, but I couldn't get it off so I figured I would just let someone else deal with it. I was afraid to kick it TOO hard, but this guy just came out, sat down on the ground kicked it as hard as he could like 5 times and it just popped off, he says it happens all the time and one time he had to use a winch to get one off. LOL Now I just need new tires.
