ny tint laws fyi, stock tint is like 97-98 visibility. the 2-3% tint will make 35 % darker to 32-33% tint. some states measure tint AFTER its been applied meaning it has to read 35 or better after not just the film itself. NY is one of them. same thing happened to me. i had to clear my windows, get the warning ticket ok'ed, then retinted 20 for the rears and 35 up front. when i redo it, i'll do 20 all around. i have a tan interior. the blue interiors will make the 35% tint darker looking. just something to think about.
